“During lockdown, as I went on more walks around the block, along the beach and local parks, it occurred to me how fortunate we are to have fresh air and produce. I now appreciate more of nature. I want it to thrive and get stronger, not the other way around. My mental health gets a pick me up from it and my body craves wholesome food when I feel flat.
I think my take on sustainability is that we have lived in the moment for a long time, a bit blindly, without consequences. When we make and consume something, I don’t exactly know where it goes, but it doesn’t disappear into a black hole when we're done with it. I now care more and see so much potential for change, which I’m only beginning to explore 🤗.” Founder Fi
